I've finally gone into Ketosis! This is always a great motivator to stay on track.
I feel a little tired this morning because I stayed up too late preping my food for today. I didn't make it home until 9 pm. By the time I cut cooked and measured everything out, it was 11 pm. I took my multi-vitamins with a huge cup of water at that time. I need to stop drinking water at least 30 minutes before I go to bed otherwise I'm up 2 to 3 times having to pee. I almost felt as if I had a slight hangover today.
I know the importance of meal planning and preparation; why can't I get it right? Practice make perfect I guess.

I feel very hopeful today. I went shopping last night and prepared my meals for today. I like these kind of days were I'm ready for the world. I was very full after today's breakfast. I had to force myself to eat it. I might be going into Ketosis again! Yeah! I say this because this is the way I felt the first time around on induction. I'm confident that I can remain focused for the next two weeks.

It's Tuesday and I did bad over the weekend. Friday I ate Panda. I didn't oder my own plate but did pick off Paulina's plate. Saturday i tried to eat well throught the day but with all the house work going on it was a little crazy. Paulina made brownies and I had some. Sunday I ate yasai. Yesterday at girl scouts i couldn't help myself and had some cookies. I can kick myself in the rear end for not sticking to my plan. today I packed my low carb foods and I plan to walk for 30 min.

I'm going to restart Induction today. I gained 2lbs (???) between Sunday and today. My vacation starts on July 5th and I want to be down another 15lbs by that time. I'm going to cut out the restaurant eating (unless it's steak and salad and veggies). Portion sizes matter!
