Got below the magic one stone to go now only thirteen pounds of fat left (sounds shocking ) but if I keep on thinking that I hope it will keep me on the right road. Go to Cyprus in two weeks, OHHHHH for some warm sunny weather after the last winter. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Well at last the motivation has improved and the weight is moving in the right direction. This is no doubt due to fact that I go away in six weeks and would like to look better in my clothes. I plan ahead much more now and search out healthier options for foods that I love and no wine, chocolate or full fat cheese. No I don't feel deprived as I fill up with things like raspberries, strawberries and other fruits which I enjoy. Have a good day everyone.

Easter is behind me now so no more excuses to eat chocolate but was quite good and asked the family not to buy me any, but did have just a taste of the grandchildren's. Have only lost a pound since my last weigh in but at least it's down and not up. I will do this and only have eight weeks left before my holiday so must make a big effort. Hope everyone is well and on track, have a good day.
