Super hot day today! I managed to do well with my eating and exercise. I did my Jillian Michaels DVD before work, and then hit the gym after work for cardio and nautilus. I also took my pooch for a nice long hike! I almost flaked on the gym and I am proud of myself for staying on track! Not to mention, we had a bbq at work today and I did not eat one brownie, cookie, chip, etc!

Had a good day today. I am trying my best to take it one day at a time and be patient with myself. I think that my iced coffee is really helping me- because I have decided I cannot have one unless I worked out the day before. The mental games do help! I have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (the 2nd one) and it is hard, but feels good. I guess it is a good thing that all of my muscles are sore- a reminder of why I cannot let myself remain out of shape! I think that just writing everyday and having people to be accountable to is going to help me. I am leaving for Europe on 6/28 and am hopeful that I will be able to take some of my skinny clothes with me!

On and off last week, but I knew I would be as I was going away for the weekend. Now the real fun begins- I am trying as best I can to stay on track for the next 3 weeks. I am not going to consume alcohol and am committed to working out every day. Today I have been on track with the plan and working out- I did both a weight workout and a hike, and plan to do a yoga workout shortly...

Managed to stay on track today...hoping to remain that way! I have a vacation in 28 days and thought it has been on my agenda to lose weight, I have procrastinated and here I stand so close to the vacation with so much to lose! Trying not to beat myself up and stay on track!
