Can`t believe I`m down to 143lbs. I think part of it is I`ve only been eating around 1000-1200 calories per day (not on purpose, life`s just been busy).

Goal for today is 1700 calories. Going for a run. Post work-out meal will be kale salad. Any tips for not binging after exercising?
