Hurt my back pretty bad last night and now I am upset because I need to take it easy. I am so afraid I am going to gain or not be able to run in the 10k next weekend. I am also getting REALLY tired of not losing. I have hit a plateau and I usually bounce back and forth between 140 and 142. I would LOVE to get down to 130 but I just don't think it's going to be possible. Why does my body LOVE 140 so much??? UGH!!!!

I am so frustrated today. I have been dieting and working out for over six months and while I have already lost 35 lbs, I can't seem to get rid of my belly. Everything else is shrinking and my belly still stands. I don't want to lose weight anywhere else anymore!!! I realized this morning that I have to buy another smaller bra! UGH! I am pretty sure, it's going to be a 34A. What happened to me??? When I was younger, I wore a size 5 and a 36C! I am just so upset! I mean, I want to be healthy and thin, but at what expense?
