OK, here I go again. I'm really getting started back this time. I lost 55 pounds 8 years ago and have almost gained it all back. It seems the older I get the easier it goes on! I joined back to the gym and just know that is the ticket to getting it back off.
I'm 45 and need to get back in shape before it get any older!
If you are in the same boat as me, please join me as a friend and let's compare foods and notes.

I don't know why but I just cannot seem to stay on track! I'm starting over again. I'm not sure what I need to do. It's just not as easy as it use to be! Oh well starting over is better than keepin on.

Reminding myself of my motto. Nothing tastes better than being thin feels!

I'm going to the Houston Livestock Show tomorrow to see Tim McGraw in Concert! Lots of chances to "splurge" a little! Hope I can stay on track!
