Foto bawah 2016 tinggi 168, bb 46kg. Foto atas 2021, bb 55kg. Surplus kalori dan angkat beban. Kalo wkt itu ga nntn vid yulia, mgkn ku msh tepos. Hayoo siapa yg tkt angkat beban krn tkt berotot? hehe

Walaupun programnya surplus kalori, tp ttp ajasih harus memperhatikan asupannya. Jgn mentang2 bs makan banyak trs setiap hr makan nasi padang wkwk, yg ada penyakitan nanti. Ttp 80% makanan bergizi, 20% fun food. Aku gasuka labelin makanan dgn kata2 "good food/bad food", lbh suka dgn statement "bergizi/kurang bergizi". Dan ttp inget sesuatu yg berlebihan itu ga baik :)

Seneng bgt bs makan melebihi target. Maintenanceku 2050, kalo mau surplus hrs 2500. Tpkan gbs yaah lgsg makan 2500, hrs bertahap nambahin kalorinya. Yg ada nanti muntah wkwk

Makan siang edisi surplus kalori, gasuka dada ayam jd pake ayam paha boneless sekitar 180g. Di masak pk canola oil tropicana slim dikit, salt n pepper, baput. Sama nasi goreng bikinan mamaa. Total bs 800 kalori masa?! agak ga percaya wkwk

Sarapan edisi surplus kalori, yg defisit di modif sesuai jatah kalori masing2 yah. 8 sendok oats + 1/2 scoop puro whey protein + sedikit susu milk life. 1 pisang. 1 cangkir vsoy low sugar. Total sekitar 630 kalori
