Im feeling much better today, I can finally talk, and chew propely now... havent been following my diet lately, but im back on track tomorrow.. No more cheating for me. Its make or break now, if i DONT now follow it properly now then I'll never be able to get that body that I want !! Im feeling good about getting back on track tomorrow and have sorted out my menu planning for tomorrow. I WILL stick 2 it

Still not well, hardly ate anything for the day just been having liquids. The doctor said I would only be better by Monday !! thats still very far. Having liquids only aint good, I might drop my weight but then when I eat proteins and veg. again I will only pick it up.
I hope 2 feel a little bit better 2 morrow.
I dont have energy 2 exercise 2 day ....
