Today I gave myself a day off from exercise. I got in a good work out last night, and will hit it again tomorrow and have boot camp on Saturday. Today, I give myself permission to relax and have a glass of wine and just "be".
I am so enjoying having the Bible on my Kindle. I have spent more time in the word because I can just pick it up and read without pulling out my big, heavy book! I still love my book for more in-depth study, but having it on the Kindle, I can quickly read a chapter when I need a time filler. I love it!
Lord, help me hunger for You and Your Word. Replace my food cravings with a craving for You.

Didn't manage to get up today. I get so mad at myself when I let myself sleep instead of getting my exercise in. It's so much easier when it's done in the morning, instead of cutting into my family time tonight. Plus, I feel better. Once I'm actually up, I'm totally fine. It's just actually getting out of bed that I can't seem to do. Lord, please create in me a willingness and desire to do this, to have my time alone, my time with You, so that my days aren't so hectic. Help me to look forward to this time and use it as a time of worship and to crave this time, instead of wanting more sleep!
Ate out at lunch today, to say good bye to a co-worker. Brought some food back in a doggie bag, instead of eating it all, but still probably ate more than I should have. Entered the calories in, and I hate having to "guesstimate" some of the quantities, but YIKES! High calorie lunch even with trying to eat healthier! Must make a low-cal meal tonight! And MUST get my exerise time in.

I did it! I got up this morning and got my exercise in before work. I need to work on picking up the pace, get back to where I was. But, I did it. I want to focus on the positive. Tonight, I will try to fit in some strength, but I am so glad to be done with the cardio. Tomorrow, I want to get up sooner so I can fit more in.
No wine tonight--drink water instead of succumbing to wine!

OK, here we go! I lost 40 pounds, then hit the world's longest plateau. I exercise regularly, but I know that I "graze" too much on things like crackers and chips, and that grazing offsets my exercise. I need to get back into the habit of journaling my food and eating healthier so that my exercise routines will pay off even more, and I can get off the plateau.
I have an amazing set-up in my house, and got a new TRX to go along with the treadmill and elliptical. I bought a new scale that also measure body fat--boy was that a surprise and a motivator! I would LOVE to see that body fat number come down too!
Can't wait to finally hit my goal weight...
