牛肉絞肉做的三明治,有洋蔥,彩椒,蒜頭,cheese,火腿,花生醬,黃瓜。
三個半月我沒有喝任何含糖飲料,只喝瓶裝飲用水和偶爾的無糖烏龍茶。
避開中餐,儘量吃簡單烹飪的原型食物料理,同樣美味,如果不好吃,或者自己無法接受,是沒辦法持續的。三餐按時吃,注意均衡,不過我的飲食是減醣,偶爾太餓或嘴饞有加餐只多吃幾顆堅果。
從小到大習慣囫圇吞棗吃飯,而我現在已經開始尊重食物,學會品嚐食物,正式的一餐通常花15分鐘左右。僅僅是飲食習慣的改善,三個半月我瘦了至少10kg。
有在服用綜合維他命,魚油,和蘋果醋。
