stir fried rice and veggies with only few table spoons of oil. you guys know how much i love my oil-less rice recipies....*winks

my meal for the day. boiled yam and efo rio without oil coupled with boiled fish and a can of maltina drink. it makes 2 servings all under 900kcals. Eating 100% healthy is supper easy.

spicy beans and irish potatoes boiled. no oil added. only 500 calories!! very filling and great for weighloss
