Just carried bricks up and down stairs for 4 hours. I don't care if it's water weight, but I finally broke 90kg. 80 here I come.

I just love how my body is like "Sike, you thought you'd reach 80." Anyway I found out a tablespoon of olive oil contains over 130 calories. I get that it's healthy, but damn that's too many calories. I get why some people dab the oil off their pizza with a serviet.

Definitely not a salad person, but i'm starting to get a taste for it. Rather than the knee-jerk "rabbit food" reaction I used to have lol. Add a little vinegar to it and you're good to go.
