I know it's not .4 pounds is not much of a loss but it's a start since I gained 5 pounds from taking Prednisone for 5 days! :) I cheated a tiny bit on my diet but really clung to the diet!

Well I know I gained 3 pounds but I think I did reasonably well as my DR put me on Prednisone for 5 days. The last time he did that I gained 10 lbs! So I'm back at her, counting every minute morsel of food going into my mouth.

Ugh! I've been sick(er) and have hardly been eating. I'm having problems swallowing and I can't taste or smell anything. This is not good. My Dr's response of me not being able to eat? He says I could stand to lose some weight anyways. I hate my Dr!
