Day 4 of South Beach Phase One. I made a bunch of the mini quiches from the recipe in the book to have as my breakfast every morning. So far, so good. Much better option than the gigantic bowls of sugary cereal I had been eating! Then for lunch I have been eating plain Greek yogurt or fat free cottage cheese and some veggies. Dinner is hard b/c I'm off to class and so I've been grazing on pistachios or almonds and then Babybel cheese. When I get home I pan fry some chicken in olive oil and cut up some veggies. It's not fancy, but it's the best I can do for now!
I'm so embarrassed I have gotten to this weight. It is the highest weight I have ever recorded while not pregnant. Since I'm 33, Salem wants us to have child #2 sooner rather than later. I told him I refuse to start a pregnancy at my current weight.
I really want to lose 30+ lbs. 132. I miss seeing that number on the scale!

Ugh. I'm back. Determined to lose the "baby weight" now that my baby is 8 months old!
I have really let myself go and have been eating McDonalds, drinking regular soda, living on Red Bull, eating Ben and Jerry's by the pint, and having pizza and wine way too often.
I am back to be accountable for my actions!
I was paying for the WW site but never checking so I cancelled it and will use this instead.
I got up to 180 while I was pregnant. I'm at 165. I'd like to hit the goal of 150 and the work down from there.
I'm doing South Beach and I am 3 days into Phase 1.

All right time to get serious... I had my baby 8 weeks ago so it's time to get back into eating right and exercising and dropping this last 4 lbs of baby weight. First I'll focus on that small goal and then I'd like to get to 132 for my best friend's wedding, which is next March.
I joined WW online and will be tracking my foods there but I'm going to use the journal function of Fat Secret again. Hi to my old FS friends. :)

Taking care of Sydney takes up all of my time... I literally forget to eat sometimes! The weight is falling off... 6 lbs away from where I was when I got pregnant to begin with. Then, I'll set my goal for 135. One step at a time!
