Thursday morning, I'm starving.. I usually eat a sandwich after the last run to the school..But this morning It is very hard not to think about eating before I go. I'm almost obsessing about food..Just grabbed a bottle of water and I hope it curbs me till breakfast.But, Im still sooo hungry..

Well here it is 7 days later and i'm still watching everything I have been eating. Getting slightly bored with it, but I do enjoy looking back and seeing how my week went. When I wasn't watching I was eating blindly and alot more. Limits...We must have Limits!! Ate alot for dinner tonight, think im going a little crazy tired. Carb crash train approaching!!

Day 5- Well, today wasn't as expected..Or was it.Completely fell off the wagon and into calorie intake overload. Coffee for breakfast, and the late lunch fell into the afternoon when the daughter stopped by. We had a decent chicken for lunch but not enough to share with her and her boyfriend. So while we waited for them to leave i made nachos that we scarfed down..after they left we dove into the chicken. Meanwhile Im throwing back 4 glasses of koolaid. Was miserable the rest of the evening and my mood had really changed i noticed. So I really don't wanna log everything but for the sake of wanting to hit my goal i will to remind me of the trash im putting into my body.
Amending- After calculating the days events, it wasnt as terrifying as initially thought. Thats why writing down what you eat is so important. Im elated.
