Hi again, Its Tuesday post on Wednesday..Im leaping days ahead and loosing track. Thank goodness I have a good woman that has my back to remind me:)

Monday journal made up on tuesday, im really slacking now. I believe I covered myself on everything I ate yesterday, I try not to forget a thing. The calorie intake has been the lowest so far..kinda spooky when I dont remember if I ate enough. I think coffee supressed alot of my hunger.

Well I knew allot of weight would peel off fast, but I'm fast approaching the 239 mark. I'm gonna have to actually start working the weight off If I want to continue to see the numbers decline. Lets see how this continues...

Didnt record anything on my journal yesterday, I have sort of caved on a couple things, Not terrible things..just not good for me choices. I feel if I dont seem to starve a bit on my calorie count, that I am cheating. So lets just say that I had a yummy two days and im now back in the swing of things.

Its been just over a week so far and what I have noticed so far is my energy level has been up quite a bit. And its not all because of the coffee..lol. I'm going to try walking about the house until it warms up a bit more outside. Still a bit nippy to have the kids out. I'm plugging away with weight loss but I know its going to come to an abrupt stop when I hit about 239. Then I will have my work cut out for me. All the fast weight loss so far has been from not eating after 6 and drinking more water. Bring on the crunch time......
