I am not going to document my food intake today. I tend to get scared of the carb intake EVEN FROM VEGGIES THAT ARE HEALTHY... and that can turn ugly. I need to see that although I want to be thinner, I am by no means overweight. I need to eat the brocolli, kale... berries... half of the banana... and not fear it. I think if I keep being so anal about the carb intake... then I will develope a more serious eating disorder. It is already quite obvious I have a mild one creeping into my life because I am obsessing about everything I eat. I need to go for health here. Going to work out again today. It is a coping mechanism now.

Worked out. Ate more veggies and fruit. Movement is becoming.. normal.. odd but I am happy for this.

I worked out like CRAZY yesterday... Muscles are sore. Just had my morning bathroom time.. and not around the scale now.. so I am not actually this weight.. I *know* that. :D This is post-workout gain.. nothing more. I am NOT stopping working out because the scale decided to do what it did..
