** I don't crave or want the carbs and sugar what I want is convenience!!** I don't want the breads but running errands all day yesterday I was very aware there is no where to stop and have grab a quick bite that doesn't involve bread!! ok the past 2 weeks have not been the greatest and the past week has been the worst. Unexpected things to do have come up and instead of eating horribly I wouldn't eat or I would have an Atkins shake. I have not logged and know for sure I am not getting enough of...well everything. Its been a lesson and an eye opener for what I sacrifice and its me. Breakfast and lunch and snacks are fine. Its the dinner time I have trouble with. Today is the one day I have not had anything planned and I plan to plan my dinners better. I have done great of changing my habit to make breakfast every morning and make lunches. Now to tackle the night. Thats my goal is to follow the Atkins 100% this week despite our busy schedules. I will prepare, cut whatever I can do today that will last the week. I have to do this for me. I am stuck at 200.8 and I have to break this wall and get under 200!!
