I'm not getting in contest, challenges or pressured activities. I am focusing on finding my balance. I have been going to the gym instead of doing home workouts. Zumba was great weights, machines and the sauna were awesome. I am not going to claim self sabotage (happens at 230!), I just need to keep finding better rights! I will conquer the 200's and reach my ultimate goal of 175. I have been tempted by fat burners, sprinkles and many other things to help me along this journey. I did give into something that is suppose to help with weight-loss but I think it just shrank the fat cells because as soon as I stopped taking them they stopped working. So I choose to stick with eating well and exercising. I will appreciate and be grateful for a weight-loss of 2-3 pounds a week! It is steady and healthy. I will continue on this journey and not lose heart! I am on constant look out for a buddy here in Houston that's ready to work hard. The online support is nice but I would love some real company. However, I will continue this journey strong, confident and more determined than ever with or without a buddy!

Down but not out! Gotta regroup but finding it hard to get my motivation back! It all started with Micheal Thurman maybe back to his basics? I dont know?!?!?!?!
