My name is Heather, I'm 29, and a Stay-at-home-mom to 2 beautiful little girls. I am trying to lose the 25 pounds I gained with my last pregnancy so I can fit back into all of my clothes. My sister-in-law turned me and my husband on to the Fat Smash diet and after just finishing Phase 1 I have lost 3 lbs. and he has lost 4 lbs. Hopefully doing the Fat Smash diet together will make it easier for both of us to lose the weight we want.
