Hello everyone! I am a mother of a 3 year old, married to a wonderful man, own my own consulting business, go to college full time, and serve on my boards. As you can see life is crazy and due to me ignoring what I put in my mouth I have gained 100 lbs. I was on WW's six years ago and was 5 lbs from my goal weight, very sad.
My first goal is to just write everything I eat down, I don't care what I eat for the first 30 days as long as I write it down. I have done this before and it does help as I never want to write down something that is 1000 calories so I won't eat it! lol
