I am 26, married, and the mother of an 16 mth old. I've been working for awhile to get the extra pregnancy weight off... I was doing well for awhile, then suddenly found myself back in my old habits. (Grrr...)

So I'm back... trying to get more exercise worked into my day, along with trying to eat healthier.
