Hello all :) I'm 31 years old and I have 3 very active little darlings aged 7, 5 and almost 2. I'm a homeschooling,stay at home mom...so I have very little "me" time. I'm hoping to finally lose those 38 lbs that I've been carrying around with me since I started having children. I'm looking forward to learning from others on here and to finally meeting my goals with the Fat Smash Diet!
