I am a 35 year old mother of two. I have been struggling with losing that "last 10 lbs" ever since my daughter was born in 2007. I start a diet every Monday and usually throw in the towel by Thursday. I typically lose 3-4 lbs those first few days, gain it all back over the weekend, and start over on Monday. My weight stays consistent between 130-135, but I can't ever seem to stick to it to get down to 125. Ugh!
