I'm 17 and I've had troubles with my weight my whole life.
It probably started when I was 8 and my dad started feeding me after school with pizza, breaded chicken nuggets, and other high carb processed foods. Each year, I gained about 10 lbs until I hit 14. From age 14 to 15, I gained a staggering TWENTY pounds. Food became my escape.
Well, not anymore!
I have lost 30 pounds before on Atkins and unfortunately, I gained it all back. I'm hoping to lose 45 this time and keep it off!
Mini Goals:
140 lbs by the New Year (2013)
130 lbs by March 2013
120 lbs by June 2013
115 lbs by Graduation (end of June 2013)
