I just wanted to let everybody know that I've hit the gym the last three days doing my new weight lifting workout...and I love it.(I can't believe I just said that???)
But I hurt in places that I didn't know could hurt. I have cut back on my cardio to a 5 min. warm up before and a 15 min. mile after lifting...this is just till I get the hang of lifting.
I broke down and did my measurements today, and i just can't believe it. My waist is down to 38 and a half!!! I started off with a 43 incher...I so did the HAPPY DANCE...hell, I'm still doing the HAPPY DANCE!!!

Hey there, doing a weight workout is a brilliant thing to do for your body, in the past i totally transformed mine doing pump classes 3-4 times a week. It makes you feel so great emotionally that in the end having a tight bod is just a byproduct of the workout. Good for you!! and keep it up! mia
