Walked the beach 4 miles today - My day is a little messed up and I don't feel like doing the bike today I really feel guilty but maybe I will take another walk tonight.

Yogurt
salad
Veggies Rice
Chicken and Salad
Chickpeas

Don't feel like doing a thing
Tired of cooking for everyone made Chicken and pototes for dad
aspargus salad and chicken for mom and then I just want to pick I was going to do phase 1 today but had a piece of chicken oh well

Wow, 4 miles on the beach is still great! Do you live nearby? If so, you're very lucky! If you don't feel like bicycling, definitely do the walking instead. ;)

Geez...I'd rather walk on the beach than ride a bike any day! Anyhow, walking on the beach is great exercise.
