I am on an OMAD + Keto diet, and I just had the pleasant surprise that today's meal only cost me $4.50 (roughly), including drinks.

A happy side effect to be sure! Back when I was going rogue and didn't think about the calories much, I would eat out 1 to 2 times a day, to the tune of about $20 a day total on average. That's a major boon.

I've read way too many times how Keto is so much more expensive. It's just not true! I spend less than ever on Keto. I guess some plans call for steak and lobster every day, not a bad way to Keto, for sure, but doesn't have to be like that.

My food bills are lower even though I do WAY more organic produce and specialty flour and oils and such! LOL When you are satisfied eating less you don’t have to buy tons pf junk food! 🙋🏻
