How I got here?
I am done with the overweight life-style (if you can call it that). I want to open up more options in life, and the weight just starts to define you. I want to know who I am without it.
My adult life has seen me bob between 150 (lowest, when 22 years old) to 307 (highest, 39 years old).
I settled into a range of 240 to 260 in the last decade, but that won't do!
Time to slim down and get out of the house more.
