I have settled into a combination of my preferred diets -
1. Intermittent Fasting (OMAD Style) 2. Low Carb / Low Sugar (KETO)
And if spring ever settles (dammit!) I will go from 5,000 steps a day to 9,000. Eventually kicking it all the way to 10,000 each day.
My short term goal (this year) is 199 lbs, and my long term goal is 165 (next year). My superduper short term goal is 229, as that is the lowest I have been in 10 years.
