Last night was a good two hours of hard exercise. I went in hurting and slowed down by the previous day's routine. Today I am really sore, but still moving. Tonight I will probably work some footwork drills and do some jump roping, too. I step on the scale compulsively and I can say the average for this week is holding at about 227.
