Being good still-woohoo 2days in a row! The exercise thing is difficult due to time restraints. Trying to challenge myself in the time that I have. Increased speed and level on the treadmill. Soon, it will be time to add 5 pounds to the weights. I guess you just have to get more out of the time you have. I could wear the ankle weights around the house. I caught a piece of something on the Tyra show. It was a lady who got sick from looking at bad foods. I wish I would have heard more. Some sort of hypnosis. Probably not a book you can read, most of them want you to come to an office for sessions. Feeling good today so far. I didn't even take a nap yesterday. Another goal is to stay out of the bed during the day. I have enough to keep me busy. Sometimes I stop for a 'break' and then fall asleep!
