WOW, I had to step on the scale twice to make sure that I saw the number correctly. Sometimes 1 can be mistaken for a 7. Especially when it's early on a Sun morning. If it were a 7 I was going to cry but it wasn't. It was a 1 and I am SO happy. Even though it is not significant, it is a loss and more than just 1 pound. WooHoo!!! The dress is probably not going to fit by the time I wanted it to but that's ok. It will someday. Perhaps I will save it for a Christmas dress and will need to have it altered. :) I have not been logging in here every day like I did at first but quite honestly, I have not needed to. It is a place I visit to help encourage me and keep me from cheating and see others in the same place I am. I am truly thankful that this site is here and will continue to weigh in weekly and visit when necessary.

Hmmm..only a pound lost again this week. Well, a loss is a loss. I will take what I can get! I guess if I look at how I will look this time next year, that should be enough to keep me going at this slow rate.

No exercise today. Sleet on the roads....brrr
I actually ate breakfast. Trying hard to stay on track today. Only 2 days till weigh in time. Even though I cheated once, I feel pretty good about how good I have been following the plan. All the other times I have tried, I gave up quickly. I have lasted longer this time than ever before. Even though that time is short, every single day counts.

Being good still-woohoo 2days in a row! The exercise thing is difficult due to time restraints. Trying to challenge myself in the time that I have. Increased speed and level on the treadmill. Soon, it will be time to add 5 pounds to the weights. I guess you just have to get more out of the time you have. I could wear the ankle weights around the house. I caught a piece of something on the Tyra show. It was a lady who got sick from looking at bad foods. I wish I would have heard more. Some sort of hypnosis. Probably not a book you can read, most of them want you to come to an office for sessions. Feeling good today so far. I didn't even take a nap yesterday. Another goal is to stay out of the bed during the day. I have enough to keep me busy. Sometimes I stop for a 'break' and then fall asleep!

I have not visited here in a few days. I was SO bad on Monday. Mexican food includung chips and salsa, enchiladas, tortilla, rice, beans....It was so delicious. Now that I fell off the wagon, I knew immediately that I must get right back on. I did on Tues. I was very good and today as well. It is so hard to go exercise while it's so cold. At least that is my current excuse. I am still going regularly to the gym but it isn't getting any easier. I cheated and weighed today. Even with the cheating I lost 1 pound but it isn't official until Sun when I record my weight. I have not been drinking any water. I love my tea! I will try again tomorrow.
