I have not visited here in a few days. I was SO bad on Monday. Mexican food includung chips and salsa, enchiladas, tortilla, rice, beans....It was so delicious. Now that I fell off the wagon, I knew immediately that I must get right back on. I did on Tues. I was very good and today as well. It is so hard to go exercise while it's so cold. At least that is my current excuse. I am still going regularly to the gym but it isn't getting any easier. I cheated and weighed today. Even with the cheating I lost 1 pound but it isn't official until Sun when I record my weight. I have not been drinking any water. I love my tea! I will try again tomorrow.
