I have been diet bouncing and I am done with it. Out of the many diets i have tried i think that i like Atkins the best but i like my fruit and my occassional tortilla and then feel guilty because i "cheated" so i am going to do my own thing. Watch what i eat and exercise. I just need to be able to feel like i am eating healthy without being psycho.
