Ok so this is the start of week 3 with no red meat! It seems to me going very well! I have stuck with under 20 carbs daily and not more than 1500 daily (not hard when not eating beef or pork).I going to get there this time I had almost a 9 pound last week and am looking for the same this week although i will not be disapointed if is less. I do have a somewhat difficult sitting around at home wanting to munch on something, I the future I will make it a point to get out of hte house and do something!
