Day 8 - Can't believe I am here - I am wearing a dress that feels great on a little loose - I couldn't walk today because my feet really hurt from my arthritis but I clean the kitchen before work so at least I was moving a little -

Portabella Mushroom lemon and garlic, asparagus and mashed cauliflower with salsa
