Wow what a yummy dinner. Homemade Shepards pie and a mountain of vegetables. (we don't do small)
The Shepards pie is only 290 cals so I'm working on adding it to the recipes. I make 10-12 portions at a time and freeze them which is so convenient. We even had gravy on it which finished it off.
Weight is coming off but I'm not sure weighing myself everyday is healthy?
