Not really sure what happened this weigh in... disappointing, but I defintely have room for improvement. I tend to splurge on the weekend after my weigh-in, and then try to make up for it until the next one! Probably not the best plan. :)
82.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
