I have been SO bad. I only went to the gym once last week due to pure laziness but figured it would be okay since I stuck to my diet 100%.... Nope! I gained 1.5 lbs!!! Then this weekend, I completely went off my diet (and even on Monday too).

I'm terrified to get on the scale this weekend! Back on the diet today and I'm going to be 100% good!! I've had a serious cold for the past few days and know I shouldn't push the excerise when I'm sick, but I'm going to find something I can do every day this week that won't be too strenous. Any ideas???

Even if I don't loose any weight this week, I know next week I will be healthy and back to the regular swing of things. Positive thinking! :)

Don't be terrified, the scale is just a number but it will help you to draw a line under where you are now and start again. Why not try and put all the energy you're putting into being terrified into working out why you went off at the weekend and work out ways of avoiding doing the same thing this weekend?
