No water yesterday at all. Not even one little taste. I am off to a good start today, I had a whole quart at the gym. I also bought some Atkins shakes. Maybe this will help me with breakfast since I don't normally do breakfast. I always feel so energized after a work out. I would love to keep that feeling all day. It seems to gradually wear off and completely end at around 2:00. Looking forward to another Sunday!

Just FYI the Atkins shakes cause me to stall weight-loss. Other people have reported it too. Just as a warning in case you experience the same thing, that might be the culprit.

UGH!!! I can't have any stalls. They claim to have only 1 net carb. What's up with that?
