Am having a bit of a struggle this week. Have had alot of stress and you know what that means! Actually, haven't been TOO bad, but definitely have not journaled my food like I should. Been counting points in my head which is not a good thing. If I lose, will be a small miracle! Will be traveling until next Monday (1/21) so will REALLY have to pay attention to what crosses my lips!
