Birday cakes-when I make one, it is a HUGE production. I finished the cake last night. Everyone likes to eat the tops that are left over from leveling. Including me, I resisted!!! Although I DID lick some frosting. It could have been much worse. I like the guilty feeling, it helps me avoid cheating. Just the little bit of frosting made me feel so bad. Someone told me before that when you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. There is NO justification. SO, today, I will behave, even during dinner at the Mexican restaurant. NO CHIPS & QUESO!!! It's good that we are going today and tomorrow is weigh in. I don't want to jeopordize that. I will tell myself "one more day". I was really hungry at dinner last night but I was pretty good. I made some "mashed potatoes" from cauliflower. These are good for you but not when you eat too many portions. I have to figure out how to eat more often or when i am not hungry so that this overindulgence doesn't happen. No gym until Monday.

Way to go on stopping after the frosting.. I would never have been able to stop after a little taste, when I give myself an inch... I take about 50 miles, lol. Good Luck on the weigh in!
