So, 2017 was pretty successful as I managed to change (probably save!) my life and lose over 6 stone in 9 months. I have tried so many fad diets but what I needed was a complete lifestyle reboot. I also needed to share; I couldn’t do this by myself and needed the encouragement and support of friends on here and around me at home - thank you all. We shouldn’t be shy when trying to make a positive change in our lives as we could (and do) help others to revisit their own lives.
