Well made it through Day 2 and realize that the brown rice makes you full.

Made dinner for my father - grilled pork chops / potatoes and salad did not eat any of his. Made dinner for my mother egg whites veggie omelet (made extra for her so she can have some for breakfast) and grilled sweet pototes - She enjoyed - Made veggie soup for her for lunch tomorrow.

Oatmeal/Yogurt
Salad/Grilled Veggies
Peach
Brown Rice
Egg whites and some veggies


Just walked a little trying not to have a glass of wine
