so today i started on a 3 detox, and it's been much harder than i expected. i'm used to crash diets and not eating, and have been trying to increase my water intake anyway, but the whole cutting out caffeine cold turkey...that actually hurts. i've had to sleep for most of the day because i've had the worst headache and haven't been able to see straight but i've pretty much stuck to the plan (apart from a 30 calorie biscuit i LET myself have just incase the headaches were lack of sugar. clearly not. oops).
i thought detoxing was meant to make you feel good! hopefully i'll have a bit more energy tomorrow and none of these damn aches and pains.
