this weekend was a no-diet weekend for me. probably going to show up on the scales but I had to live a little this weekend, had a bit of a shock / wakeup moment and decided that as well as iron discipline, I need to have some indulgence and fun in my life as well.
so from today on back on the wagon, but I definitely enjoyed the weekend.
