Yesterday first full day -
Eggwhite omelet with veggies
Yogurt
Carrots/Celery with at little hot stuff
Veggie Soup
Vegeterian Chili with Brown Rice
Yogurt

Today I am going to try to do some fruit - Everyone is going to Bertucci's for lunch and I will have brown rice before I go so I won't be tempted with the Pizza and just have the salad

You are doing great! Keep it up! Good luck today with the Pizza thing, that is the hardest for me....I just love it, but you can do it, just like you said eat before you go and then you won't be hungry for anything! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
