Personally, I weigh in as soon as I wake up. The most important thing is that you do it at the same time of day, whether you weigh in daily or weekly. When I started I weighed in monthly. Then weekly, now daily.

right now I weigh in daily once my weight evens out I will go to weekly, I always do it when I wake up. Occasionally of I want to see how my weight is fluctuating through the day I will weigh 3 times a day but I only record my mornings.

The important thing is to be consistent. It doesn't really matter when you weigh, as long as you keep the conditions the same each time. Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day. It will be low in the morning when you are a little dehydrated and it will be higher in the evening when you have more hydration and a belly full of dinner. Personally, I record my weight once a week, in the morning, just after ablutions but before eating breakfast.

I weigh in in the mornings. Set a consistent time is what my dietician taught me. I also don't weigh in daily. I meet with my dietician on Thursdays, but I do check myself on Saturdays and Mondays to see my progress. Sometimes I don't like what I see. ><

I weigh in in the morning after going to the potty in LaBeouf.. basically eliminating as many variables as possible since I weigh daily.

U will probably weight the least in the morning before eating...it does not really matter when u weight ur self...but when u pick a time (hr) stay consistent.
For instance i like to see a small number so I do it first thing in the morning, cause I know that by 7pm I have “gained 1-2 pounds

I always weigh in the morning. I think as long as you weigh in at the same time, it does not matter day or night.

mornings definately and in my birthday suit to eliminate clothes variables (ie right now I'm wearing 16 lbs of clothes...I'm freezing), and I sometimes throughout the day to check for dehydration

If you weigh daily be sure not to be a slave to the number. It can motivate you but it can also really derail your progress if it doesn’t move or even goes up. Remember a gallon of water weighs about 8 pounds. Water retention happens for many reasons so an uptick in the scale should not be seen as ‘real’ unless you are eating off plan.

I personally like the mornings just because I know I haven't eat anything in the last 12 or so hours because I don't eat after 9 and I wake up after 9. if I tried in the evenings I would lose conistency. I don't work the same schedule every day and I don't go to sleep at the same time every day. I don't always wake up at 9 but it's generally a long period of food fasting that's the consistent part. in the day I sometimes make a poor choice once in a while and other times I make good choices.
