i am increasing water/fluids after some reading on dehydration and what it effects.
increased water 3rd day today. also adding salt.

note in food journal i always go for the higher amounts..some values may actually be lower than what I have entered.

LOT of fat yesterday but carb % only 6%Today by dinner have consumed half of yesterday. barely made 1000 cal adding dinner. not hungry

peeing an a regular basis every hour or so.
